Air Jet

Air jet conventional filament yarns are fed over and Air Jet at a faster rate than they are drawn off. The blast of air forces some of the filaments into very tiny loop; the velocity of the air affect the of the loops. This is a slow, relatively costly, but versatile process. Volume increase with little or no stretch Air Jet Yarn maintain their size and bulk under tension because the straight areas bear the strain and the loops remain relatively unaffected .
